Dear users,

The issue related to Crowdstrike security software preventing connection to JurisÉvolution is resolved. Our team continues to restore all of our servers to avoid capacity issues during the day.

Crowdstrike also confirmed that the incident was not related to a cyberattack or security incident. Rather, it was an incident following an update to their application.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Dear users,

The issue has been identified and is related to an update to CrowdStrike security software. This update affects the operation of Windows environments (servers and workstations) and generates BSOD (Blue Screen). CrowdStrike is a globally recognized provider and this outage affects several companies around the world, including financial institutions, airports, emergency services, etc.

We have been able to make JurisÉvolution environments functional, but we are still experiencing intermittent issues. Rest assured that your data will be preserved if you need to make changes during this period.

Our team is currently working on a full restoration of the service.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Importing disbursements with SOQUIJ is functional.

We are pleased to announce that the scheduled maintenance is now complete. All systems are back up and running. The two-factor authentication issues that some of you were experiencing have been resolved.

We would like to inform you that an emergency maintenance will take place tonight at 11pm for a duration of 2 hours. This maintenance aims to resolve issues related to multi-factor authentication (MFA) for the Office add-in and the mobile application.

Further to our previous message regarding technical issues with our mobile app's two-factor authentication, we would like to inform you that the Office add-in features associated with this authentication are also affected.

We inform you that the situation has been completely resolved. You can now access the JurisÉvolution application. A report on this incident will be communicated to you in the coming days.
