We can confirm that the pricing issue was fixed last Friday. The affected time entries have been successfully recalculated. No action is required on your part.

A fix has been prepared and will be deployed very soon to prevent the creation of an empty rate line. A validation is underway to identify users with time entries affected by the situation. If this concerns you, you will be contacted by our team in the next few business days to explain the situation and rectify it. If you have already reported the situation to us, we will confirm the adjustment within the same time frame.

We have identified an issue with rates in the employee timesheet. Currently, having a blank row in the fee table on the employee record results in a default rate of $0 for all time entries, regardless of the rate code selected.

An analysis of the issue is underway for the deployment of a fix as soon as possible. We recommend that you temporarily resolve this situation by removing any empty rate lines from the employee record. This will ensure that future time records will display the correct totals. For existing time entries displaying $0, simply modify them one by one to force a recalculation.
