    Dear users,

    The issue related to Crowdstrike security software preventing connection to JurisÉvolution is resolved. Our team continues to restore all of our servers to avoid capacity issues during the day.

    Crowdstrike also confirmed that the incident was not related to a cyberattack or security incident. Rather, it was an incident following an update to their application.

    Dear users,

    The issue has been identified and is related to an update to CrowdStrike security software. This update affects the operation of Windows environments (servers and workstations) and generates BSOD (Blue Screen). CrowdStrike is a globally recognized provider and this outage affects several companies around the world, including financial institutions, airports, emergency services, etc.

    We have been able to make JurisÉvolution environments functional, but we are still experiencing intermittent issues. Rest assured that your data will be preserved if you need to make changes during this period.

    Our team is currently working on a full restoration of the service.
